Choose Life Presentation: This drug awareness presentation originally funded by the Hull and East Riding DAT uses selected scenes from the popular film Trainspotting as a hook to keep the students’ attention whilst informing them about the important issues within it. Each scene is broken up with a presenter discussing the relevant issues with the audience to stimulate discussion and facilitate individual styles of learning.

Anti-Social Behaviour Tour and Workshops: Visiting all secondary schools in Hull, this six-session project is aimed at looking at young people’s perceptions of anti-social behaviour and the issues that they feel are important in their local areas. The project for each school involves five workshop sessions in each school during the autumn term and a production, using many of the student’s improvisation ideas, touring in the spring term. This project is supported by the Hull Anti-Social Behaviour Team and Community Copshop and is free to all Hull Schools.

NHS It’ll Be Different teenage pregnancy tour: This theatre in education play, commissioned by Hull and East Riding Community Health NHS Trust and Kingston upon Hull City Council is part of a fully integrated programme that aims to work towards achieving government targets on teenage conception and parenthood. Local actors, playing a variety of roles, portray the story of a teenage girl going through pregnancy. The play uses humour and pathos and incorporates a colourful set and dramatic sound effects.

Primary School Anti-Social Behaviour Tour: This tour, focusing mainly on bullying and vehicle and property damage has been commissioned by Hull Victim Support and will be touring around Hull primary schools. It includes two plays and a workshop.
